We have had a business relationship with Bower & Company since 1993, when they helped us recruit several senior personnel for FIG, up to the level of Principal Consultant. These included Business Development Managers, Client Managers and Technical Consultants.

In early 1994, we asked Bob Bower to help identify Principal Consultants for TIG, and he subsequently placed some excellent candidates in business development and client management roles in the UK and Europe. These were executive search assignments, which Bower & Company conducted very professionally and completed successfully.

More recently, we ran an advertisement through Bower & Company in The Sunday Times, to recruit Senior Software Development Managers and Project Directors for major AMS clients within the Telecoms sector. Once again, the assignment was conducted with skill and professionalism, culminating in several offers being made and accepted. During the assignment, Bob Bower spent several days each week at our offices in Slough, to ensure the assignment was properly managed.

Bower & Company offer an excellent human resourcing service, which embraces executive search and advertised campaigns. They are recruitment professionals, and take a great deal of time to understand their client's business and recruitment requirements. They are well known in their niche markets, and their service rivals that of the major executive search firms, but at far more competitive rates. We have been very satisfied with the service they have given AMS UK, and would certainly use them again when the opportunity arises.
