Role:

• Reports to Regional Sales Manager
• New business sales to the Wholesale banking sector in Holland
• Develop relationships with existing and new alliance partners
• Control cost of sale and manage in-house support resources
• Build long-term relationships with senior bankers and managers (CEOs CFOs)
• Plan and define sales strategies and produce accurate forecasts

Candidate Profile:

• Age preference 28-38
• Proven track record of 3-5 years successful selling into the Banking sector
• Very good understanding of front, middle and back office banking systems and procedures
• Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills
• Graduate with possibly a professional banking qualification or further degree
• Highly motivated and ambitious
• Well organised and able to work with minimal supervision
